Can't find a certain game? Try the All Games page from the top selection bar to find your game. You can sort games alphabetically to assist in your search.
Where can I redownload a game for which I purchased through Soggy Melon?
If you already paid the full list price on a game, you can redownload your game. There is no extra charge for redownloading.
Do you have any downloadable games for Macintosh computers?
No! At this point of time the Soggy Melon does not support Mac OS X.
How can I optimize my performance?
We recommend that you close any other programs you have open while playing.
What are the hardware and software requirements to play the games?
Hardware: Pentium processor with at least 100 MHz At least 24 megabytes of RAMSoftware: Windows 98/NT/2000/ME/XP Internet Explorer 5.0 or greater or Netscape Navigator 4.79 or greater (with Java, Javascript, and cookies enabled) It also helps to have at least 500 MB free on your hard drive, to avoid memory issues, which can lead to disconnects and slowdowns
Would my previous gaming activity get lost if I re-download a game?
No, re-downloading a game will not impact your previous activity log in any way. All your playing activity is recorded on our server and is used to bill you only for the actual time that you have played each game. In case that you changed computers or cannot access a specific game on a computer previously used to download and play the game, please contact our Customer Service Department directly through the Customer Support Form.
